knitting for baby

The stranded hat is coming along slowly, but i have stopped for a good reason. I have a baby shower to attend for one of my very good friends on Sunday. I have baby knits to make! They are not finding out the sex of their baby so that has limited my choices for patterns and colors. So, here is what I have so far. Anyone want to guess what this little guy is going to be? What pattern? It is tiny and soft. Very cozy. Loving the pattern so far. Will be back with a finished picture soon and the name of the pattern. :)
