Will you be joining in the fun?
I have been thinking about what books to set aside for that day.I have a lot in my TBR pile and what a great way to (hopefully) make a dent in it. So, here is what I am thinking:
Revelations by Melissa de la Cruz
Soul Catcher by Leigh Bridger
Frenemies by Alexa Young
Knocked out by my Nunga-Nungas by Louise Rennison
Cracked Up to Be by Courtney Summers
Artemis Fowl:The Lost Colony by Eoin Colfer
I have more, but I will start with these.
***I have an extra hardcover copy of Moving Day, Book 1 of the series Allie Finkle's Rules for Girls by Meg Cabot, to give away. All you have to do is leave me a comment here to enter. You have until midnight CST on Wednesday, October 14th. Open to everyone.***
How many hours in the day do you actually have to read to make it a 24-hour read-athon? Can't do 24.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice pile. I haven't read any of them though, so I can't really comment!
ReplyDeleteBook Bird Dog- You don't have to read all 24 hours. I usually don't. I tend to sleep in and go to sleep before the end. :) Fun to read other's updates and participate in the mini-challenges throughout the day.
ReplyDeleteKailana- Thanks.
I'm signed up for the first time. I've already got my pile of short books ready :) Should be fun!
ReplyDeleteI will probably do this. I just have to figure out what to read!
ReplyDeleteI've got to decide if I'm going to do the read-a-thon. I'm just not sure how to explain to my family that I can't do anything because I'm reading!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the Artemis Fowl books -- nice one for the readathon.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to participate this weekend. Good luck on your reading!
ReplyDeleteKnocked Out and Artemis Fowl were both really good, really quick reads. Perfect for the readathon. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteLoved Cracked up to be!
