This is some scratchy but warm Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky knit into a top down raglan cardigan. I made it more than a year ago in a knitting class before I understood the importance of tension and good yarn choice for sweaters. There is absolutely no drape. The sleeves are so stiff from my really tight knitting. It itches. Not flattering at all and, as you can probably guess, it has never been worn.

This sweater will be ripped out. I have never done it before. I have never frogged a completely finished project and I am kind of sad about it. This was, technocaly(sp?), my first sweater. So, a little memorial for it before it becomes a pile of kinky yarn...

This should be two or three skeins of yarn in here. I am sure there is something better for it. It would make a lovely cabled purse. Kind of like this one (ravelry link).

Yup, that is what it shall be.

  1. yeah I hear you on learning what yarns are best for what projects. I never knew there was anything other then red heart for years.
