TSS: Happy Mother's Day

Mommy News
It's my very first Mother's Day! How exciting. Happy Mother's Day to all the other mommies. Hope you all have a great day. We will be spending our Sunday out on Lake Austin with friends. Emma gets to wear her new bathing suit.

I am happy to report that sleep training is going well despite going out of town. We are back in Austin for a wedding and LO is still going to sleep on her own in a Pack and Play. We are very proud of the little girl. She is still crying when we put her down but it doesn't last too long. She is also napping!

The flight out went well, too. I was hoping she would sleep but she didn't and thankfully, didn't get fussy. She made friends with the lady sitting across the aisle from us. She enjoyed tearing up s Sky Mall magazine and she ate Puffs. :) I could tell she was tired but I think there was just too much new stuff to entertain. She didn't want to miss anything.

On the Needles

I am still working on Miss Dashwood by Heather Ramsey from knitty.com. So close to finishing.

I am also about to begin some squares that will be knit into a blanket with other knitter's squares as a gift.  The squares are to be 9inx9in, loose gauge (knit on bigger needles), in pink, blue or green. Must start on these as soon as I get home.

Happy Sunday!
