This book has been a lifesaver. Lots of great info on babies' fourth trimester and need to still feel safe and secure in the womb. The 5 S's are exactly what we needed to help our little girl calm down and sleep longer at night. We have gone from 1.5-2 hr to 3-4 hr stretches at night. Also purchased the DVD.
Get them if you have a baby on the way, a fussy baby, or know someone who will be having a baby. This would make a great gift.
