    I love the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes starring Jeremy Brett. My uncle and I used to watch them together when I was a kid. He also gave me my first Arthur Conan Doyle book, a battered copy of A Study in Scarlet. Twelve years later I still have the book and now and then I watch Mr. Brett as Sherlock Holmes.

    My favorite adaptation is the most recent.
    I love Martin Freeman as Watson, absolutely brilliant.

    I think BBC's Sherlock is my current favorite. I'm really enjoying Elementary, though, too.

    Ugh! I really need to get reading my Sherlock!! The time will be up before I know it!

    My favorite adaptation is hands-down BBC's Sherlock! Though I do also enjoy the movies with Robert Downey, Jr.
